There has been a rumour that Infinity Ward has been fired by Activision, this caused concern that MW3 will not be as good as the previous installments of the Modern Warefare series. However the truth is Infinity Ward is still developing the game but with the assistance of Sledgehammer Gaming and Ravens Software, the reason behind this is there was a legal dispute between Infinity Ward Co-Founders Jason West and Vince Zampella and Activision resulted in the pair being fired from the company. Several Infinity Ward employees followed West and Zampella as a result of the ongoing dispute. So there is nothing to worry about because Infinity Ward is still developing the game with the assistance of Sledgehammer Gaming and Ravens Software.
